Labinc (PTY) LTD markets a bespoke selection of vacation rentals, holiday homes & self-catering accommodation throughout the West Coast. We professionally manage and take care of each property in our portfolio and offer you the property owner a completely hands-off solution.

LLCS has been carefully thought out, with its 3 core business functions complimenting each other. We have identified a shortcoming in the market, namely home owners wanting a reliable cleaning service which is able to manage inventories, cleaning services and laundry services. LLCS acts as your house / property manager where all these critical aspects are managed in your absence, or in combination with you.
We have a unique marking/identification system, that allows us to manage multiple houses’ linen and or laundry, ensuring that your linen is correctly rotated, and does not end up in the wrong location. We train our staff to carefully monitor linen, keeping you informed on quality and requirements issues. Our personalized service allows you to get maximum life expectancy from your linen or garments.
One of the major issues in the hospitality industry is inventory management. From the start, a comprehensive inventory is drawn up of your property contents, and pictures are taken on a roaming Tablet. These inventory / picture files are used to ensure that your property is returned to its correct state after each guest departure. Our system allows you to manage breakage deposits, and ensure your property is kept up to high standards and guest expectations. LLCS also offers a replenishment system where items are replenished and a costing breakdown supplied to the management company.
Hospitality statistics show that this is in fact the most important part of your holiday establishment or private home. We focus on three important housekeeping service steps, ensuring that each step is carefully monitored. Our typical arrangement per cleaning session includes:
- Closing and securing the property on guest departure.
- Cleaning and preparing of a property for new guests. (Normally on the same day as step 1)
- Opening and preparing the unit for guest arrival. (Should this be on a different day than step 2)
These steps can be applied over a period of a few days, or can happen simultaneously, depending on the departure and check in dates. As property owner, you have peace of mind, knowing that every guest arriving at your property will enjoy a beautifully prepared property, each and every time.
We have various packages available, ranging from executive packages where amenities, welcome drinks and daily services are included, to basic packages, where we just do the “dirty work” for you.
We also offer a guest arrival and check in service for home owners or property management companies that are not locally available to receive guests. A “house tour” will be agreed on, that ensures guests are exposed to all the details and highlights of your property
The agent will supply the following services to the home owner, unless otherwise stipulated.
- Opening of property, and prepping for guests
- Check in
- Check out and Lock up after guest departure
- Quick change (Please see below table for costing)
- Laundry service (refer to table)
- Deep clean (4 per annum) Charged at 1.6 of standard cleaning rate.
- Carpet and Upholstery cleaning – Additional charges will apply Quote to be supplied
