Boks beat Samoa 46-6

The Boks has restored the faith of South-Africans by securing their first win in the #RWC2015 tournament.

JP Pietersen scored the first try of the match just 14 minutes into the game but Pollard missed the kick, however regaining confidence by scoring 4 penalty kicks in the first half. SA drew first blood in the second half when JP scored his second try, starting a Bok momentum that would soon see Burger scoring the 3rd try for SA. We all held our breaths as captain De Villiers momentarily stayed down after a tackle but soon got up to play until the 73rd minute, when he was replaced by Pat Lambie.

Samoa striked back after a good counter-attack but was called off by TMO for a forward pass. In the 70th minute Schalk Britz scored his first test match try, securing the all important  bonus point for the Bokke, followed soon by a hatrick by JP Pietersen. He would soon be out-shined by Habana scoring his 60th try in test rugby, and the sixth try of the match against Samoa.

The Springboks win 46-6, securing us the lead in Pool B.
South-African hearts mended!
